It's a New Day It's a New Year!

This new year of 2014 is bringing with it new life and answered prayers.
 All those days living in the valley, learning to trust the Lord and walk by faith has it's reward! 

The Word of God says in, 

Hebrews 11:6
 And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him. 

 I am beginning through Christ  to climb up the mountain to the mountain top, at least for a while, to be refreshed... before a new trial comes and new lessons to grow closer to my Lord are learned.

James 1:12
  God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.

I have just gotten news that a sickness has touched someone I love dearly, the treatment can be debilitating and life changing. I will approach this trial with God's grace, KNOWING that the Lord goes before me and will never leave me or forsake me.

 Here are some of the verses I am holding onto, believing and trusting in:

 Isaiah 41:10
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. 
 John 16:33 
I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” 
 1 Peter 1:7
So that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ. 
Romans 8:28 
And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Loving this fresh air :) it brings with it a revived heart in me to live victoriously in Christ.

 One morning recently I woke up from a dream with an understanding of being silent and still before the Lord strongly on my mind ;) The circumtance I was going through at the time needed me to obey this direction if I wanted to allow the Lord to work in and through me for His glory!
 He is so good to always give me or tell me what I need, Thank you Lord!!

This passed weekend is what I call a soaking in His presence weekend. Spent Friday night Saturday night and Sunday morning worshiping, praising and just loving on the Lord and allowing Him to love me {deeply} New understanding, wisdom and perfect peace is what He has given me in return.
 Thank you Lord for being faithful to the promise in your Word that when we draw near to you ...you WILL draw near to us. James 4:8a

Be still~ trust Him, He is working it out for our good and His Glory! Amen!

  

Today is Sept 3, 2013 and the last few weeks have been so challenging. Sundays message was so encouraging and has given me the hope I need for the next week as I walk out my faith in this valley. Every where I look is seems the Lord is sending me the message LOUD and CLEAR....Never~NEVER~Never give up!! With each step I am learning how to surrender to the Lords will giving up my own self will. Remembering that I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength!

Living in the valley is what I believe walking by faith and not sight is all about.

 I have been in this valley for far longer then I want to be here. What I am learning as I wait on the Lord is that my friendship with Him is the most important part of this trial, learning to trust Him through the dark days when I don't understand or can't see what good could possibly come from this heartache :/ has been stretching to say the least . I have moments of perfect peace and great JOY!! for no other reason except that Jesus is ALL I need! He is my best friend who loves me with an everlasting love that can't be described.
